How to Fill Out the Form Effectively
To help us resolve your issue as efficiently as possible, please include the following information in the form:
- Description of the issue: What exactly is happening? Include any error messages or unexpected behaviour.
- App version: You can find this in the app’s settings or about section.
- Device type and operating system: For example, iPhone 12 with iOS 16 or Samsung Galaxy S21 with Android 13.
- Steps to reproduce the issue: If possible, describe how to recreate the problem.
- Attachments: If the form allows, please attach screenshots or screen recordings that show the issue.
- Your contact details: So we can follow up if needed.
What Happens After You Submit the Form?
- Your report will be reviewed by our Support and Product teams.
- You will receive confirmation that your issue has been logged.
- The team may reach out for more details or provide updates on the fix.
