Step-by-Step: How to Ensure Data Sharing Is Enabled
1. When first logging in, you’ll see a screen asking for permission to share data.
This is a normal part of the App setup.
Look for a toggle or checkbox labelled:

“Share data to improve your experience”

“Allow usage data”
-
“Data sharing”
2. Make sure the toggle is switched ON.
If the toggle is OFF, you will be opting out of data sharing.
3. How to check or update data sharing after your first login
If you've already logged in before, you can review this setting at any time. Simply go to the Account section of the now>press>play App and ensure the data-sharing checkbox is ticked.
