How Do I Download & Start Using the Mobile App?

Downloading and Logging In

• Get the App:
  Download our app from Google Play or the App Store on any tablet, phone, or Chromebook.

• Resetting Your Password:
  If you’ve forgotten your password, click Forgot Password on the login screen.
  Enter your school email address to receive a reset link.
  Follow the instructions to set a new password.

Navigating the App

• Easy Step-by-Step Selection:

  1. Choose your Key Stage (e.g., Nursery, Reception, KS1, KS2).
  2. Select a Subject relevant to your curriculum needs.
  3. Pick a Topic within that subject.

• Preview Experiences:
  You can preview each Experience before starting to ensure it fits your lesson plan. You can see a complete catalogue of all our Experiences here: Can I See All The Experiences in One Document?

During and After the Experience

• Playing the Experience:
  When ready, click Play to start the Experience.
  It’s recommended to download Experiences in advance to avoid relying on Wi-Fi during lessons.

• Post-Experience Engagement:
  You can use the follow-on resources to help take your learning further. You can learn more about follow-on resources here: What Are the Follow-On Resources and How Do They Work?
