Equipment Booking Schedule for Schools

How to Use the Timetable

1. Access the Sheet

   • Open the shared Google Sheet using this link: NPP Equipment Booking sheet
   • Ensure you are signed into your Google account to make edits.

   • The timetable is organised by date and time slots (e.g., periods and or days).

1. Booking Equipment

   • Find the slot you wish to book.
   • Enter your name or class in the corresponding cell to reserve the equipment.
   • If a slot is already booked, select a different time or equipment to avoid conflicts.

2. Editing and Updating

   • Only authorised staff should make changes to ensure accuracy.
   • If you need to cancel or modify a booking, update the cell accordingly and notify relevant team members if necessary.

3. Best Practices

   • Regularly check the timetable before planning lessons or activities requiring equipment.
   • Keep bookings clear and concise to avoid confusion.
